When you come to Action North, bring with you:

• Toiletries and Personal Hygiene products
• Indoor clothing and footwear
• Outdoor clothing and footwear (seasonal)
• Recreational equipment, i.e. skates, swimming suits, athletic shoes, etc.
• Change for Vending machines
• Money for personal use
• Perscription medication. This will stored and dispensed by staff
• Cologne and Perfume are allowed, but must be stored by staff between usess
• Personal electronics (Cell phones, MP3 players, DVD Players, etc.) are allowed but must be stored with staff. Use of these items is only allowed during freetime on weekends

Action North supplies all meals and snacks. Bedding and towles are supplied to all clients of Action North for use during their stay.

Action North has a pay phone available for personal use at specified times. Phone cards are avaialble for purchase at the treatment centre.
